Come avevamo anticipato, Mulberry ha nominato Johnny Coca nuovo direttore creativo. L’attuale head design director dei segmenti pelletteria, accessori, scarpe e gioielli di Céline, a partire dal prossimo luglio, prenderà il posto che, dopo sei mesi, Emma Hill aveva lasciato nel 2013.
“La sua expertise nel settore del lusso internazionale ci aiuterà a portare energia e innovazione a Mulberry”, ha detto Godfrey Davis, chairman e ceo del brand britannico che nel 2013 ha subito un calo dell’utile del 46%.
Il designer spagnolo vanta collaborazioni anche con Bally e Louis Vuitton.
As already anticipated, Mulberry has appointed Johnny Coca as its new creative director. The current head designer of Céline’s leather goods, accessories, footwear and jewelry, will take on the position left in 2013 by Emma Hill, who held the position only for six months.
“We are delighted that Johnny is joining us,” said Godfrey Davis, chairman and CEO of the British brand whose profits decreased of 46% in 2013, “he has a wealth of international luxury and fashion experience that will help us bring new energy and innovation to Mulberry.”
The Spanish designer has also collaborated with Bally and Louis Vuitton.
